Who we are

Roseum & Rituals is an independent, woman-owned and operated candle house based in North Carolina.

All of our items are made with care, in small batches, by one pair of hands and supervised by a mischievous tuxedo cat.

We have carefully formulated, tested, and perfected each scent and candle creation to deliver a product that creates ambience, boosts manifestations, and smells great.

Whether you actively practice manifestation or purely enjoy the aesthetics and scent of our candles, your support is appreciated.

FAQ

Orders

Orders have an estimated processing time of 3-5 business days. If there are delays expected with an order, a notification email will be sent.

If you need to cancel an order, an email must be sent to roseumrituals@gmail.com within the first 24 hours after order is placed. Cancellation is not guaranteed if cancellation request is sent after 24 hours of order placement.

Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally . We do accept orders from international guests who select to ship an order to an address within the US, APO, and FPO. All orders ship Economy and are estimated to arrive between 5-10 business days after order has shipped.

Free Economy shipping:
• Orders $75 and over

$6.99 flat rate Economy shipping:
• Orders up to $74.99

All shipping thresholds calculated before tax and after any applicable discounts.

Returns

All sales are final.

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description.

Safety Information

  • DO NOT INGEST

  • If ingested, contact physician or poison control center immediately.

  • Burn within sight.

  • Keep away from things that catch fire.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Candle will be hot when lit. Do not touch until cool.

  • Always use a candle holder, placing it on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Avoid drafts.

  • Enjoy up to approximately 5-6 total burn hours per ounce when burning in 2 to 3 hour increments.

  • Do not burn more than 3 hours at one use.

  • Trim wick to 1/4” prior to lighting.

  • Do not allow wick trimmings to accumulate in wax pool.

  • Remove packaging before burning.

  • If flame gets too large, extinguish, allow candle to cool, and trim wick.

  • Never pick up or move a burning candle
